These terms govern your use of Modela. By using the app, you agree to these terms and to any App Store terms that apply to your download, purchase, and subscription.
Modela is a prompt-based AI image generation app for creative adult portraits, anime-style characters, watercolor, sketch, manga, fashion, beauty, and tasteful editorial images. AI results can vary and may be inaccurate, unexpected, unavailable, or blocked by safety systems.
You may create lawful, tasteful, non-explicit images involving adult fictional or properly authorized subjects. You are responsible for the prompts, reference images, and other content you submit, and for how you use generated images.
You may not request or create content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, or unsafe contexts; explicit sexual acts; genital-focused or pornographic content; non-consensual likenesses; face swaps or deepfakes of real people; celebrity or public-figure impersonation; harassment; hate; exploitation; illegal content; intellectual-property infringement; malware; automated abuse; or attempts to bypass safety systems.
If you upload or provide a reference image, you must have the rights and permissions needed to use it. Do not use Modela to imitate, impersonate, sexualize, or misrepresent real people without consent.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may use generated images for personal creative purposes and other lawful purposes. We do not guarantee that generated images are unique, free from third-party claims, suitable for commercial use, or accepted by any platform. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or using it.
Regular generation access may require an auto-renewable subscription and ART credits. Prices, trial eligibility, renewal terms, and available plans are shown in the app purchase flow before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple ID or platform account settings before renewal. Apple or the relevant app store handles billing, cancellation, and refund requests according to its policies.
ART credits are an app feature used to run generation requests. ART credits are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, or a cash-equivalent asset. They cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or used outside Modela. We may change credit grants, generation costs, or availability prospectively.
We may block prompts, refuse generation, limit access, or suspend use when content appears unsafe, illegal, abusive, or contrary to these terms. Safety systems are not perfect, and passing a safety check does not mean output is endorsed or legally safe to use.
Modela depends on network access and third-party AI, payment, hosting, and analytics services. Features may change, fail, be rate-limited, or become unavailable without notice.
For iOS users, Apple's standard end user license agreement also applies unless a separate custom license is presented in App Store Connect: Apple Standard EULA.
Modela is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Modela after an update means you accept the updated terms.
